These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Elysium Chronicles, including the website at eplchronicles.com, the Argos & Igoine Continental Exchange (AICE), the online shop, and all associated games and digital content (collectively, "Services"), operated by Leviathan Enterprise LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You may create a website account using your email address via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. The AICE Exchange

• Free broker accounts begin with 5 Dracos of simulated starting capital.
• A one-time $1.00 USD payment upgrades your broker account to O$50,000 standard capital.
• All in-game currencies (Dracos, Jools, O-Star, Ash, Glint, Flux) are fictional and have no real-world monetary value.
• We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or discontinue the exchange at any time.

4. Shop & Purchases

Products sold through the Elysium Chronicles shop are subject to our Refund & Return Policy below. Prices are listed in USD. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Elysium Chronicles — including the world of Elysium, characters, lore, artwork, music, game code, and exchange data — is the exclusive property of Leviathan Enterprise LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or cheat the exchange or game systems
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Services
• Impersonate other users or submit false information
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Services
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leviathan Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Leviathan Enterprise LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address collected when you create a website account via Firebase Authentication (Google).
• Broker account data: Trader name and PIN (stored as a hashed value) created when registering for the AICE Exchange.
• Payment information: We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects and processes your payment information subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Game save data: If you are logged in while playing Goat Strangler, your game progress is saved to Firebase Firestore, linked to your account.
• Usage data: We may collect standard web analytics (pages visited, browser type, device type) to improve the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain your account and broker profile
• To process payments and fulfill orders
• To save and restore your game progress
• To communicate with you about your account or orders
• To improve and secure the Services

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors, each with their own privacy practices:

• Firebase / Google: Authentication and Firestore database — Firebase Privacy
• Stripe: Payment processing — Stripe Privacy
• Cloudflare: Website hosting and CDN — Cloudflare Privacy

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.

Digital Products & Upgrades

If you believe your payment was processed in error or you were charged but your account was not upgraded, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Shop Orders

• Returns: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original condition.
• Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
• Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Music & Digital Downloads

Digital music downloads are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue with a download, contact us and we will provide a replacement.

How to Request a Refund
